Mail your check to PO Box address at the bottom of this page.
If we have your email for billing purpo, your 2025 invoice will be also be emailed to you and you can pay online using ACH through that email you receive.
If you owe back dues and want to pay online, then input and pay the correct amount here.
General Dues are $100 and the Security-Related Special Assessment is $90 (Year 3 of 3 of the special assessment). In November 2024 the membership approved the 2025 budget, including the 2025 General Assessment amount, which is again $100, the maximum allowed by our CC&Rs.
Process:
Invoices for current year dues are mailed out in January. A statement of any back dues owed will be included.
If we have your email address, we’ll also email your Annual Invoice and you can pay online. Use this Form to make sure we have your email address for billing purposes.
A statement of any back dues owed is mailed in April and September.
A Demand Letter is mailed the second half of the year for those neighbors who are two years behind in dues or more.
If still not paid by the date specified in the Demand Letter, then the Treasurer may initiate a Small Claims Court case for unpaid dues.
